North Star Executive is a small Corporate VA for pilots wanting to step into the corporate lime light under Part 135 rules.
Our goal is to become the premier stop for
corporate/general aviation flight simulator enthusiast, as a alternate choice
to other larger VA's.
We
specialize in corporate jet aircraft, but our aircraft fleet is very
vast and diverse, allowing us to cover various operational requirements
under Part 91 rules in addition to corporate transports. We also fly
helicopters in various missions, and house operations in various locations to facilitate the
needs of our crews. We also do sub-contract operations for the
government, critical medical transport, and special (Pilot for Hire) all
under the North Star name. We do not fly
scheduled routes at North Star Executive, allowing the freedom of flying where you want, when you want,
and as often as you want. We believe in having a relaxed environment,
allowing the
pace of our journey to be set by our pilots. We operate a Team Speak
server with a bar room environment.
We run a acars system to keep
track of our pilots flight time, along with cross checks on vataware. Acars keeps track of money that the VA
generates and expenses, along each pilot pay, via their pay scale. As pilots
gain hours, they get pay increases according to their pilot rating. This gives
each pilot a goal. This makes the VA operations a more enjoyable experience.
